This is Mayank Champaneri. In 2018 I suffered a very serious car accident and that led to several
major injuries in my back, the mobility of my back was not good and it used to pain frequently and
also my bad sitting posture added more to that. I always wanted to get rid of this pain because this
restricted my daily activities. Later on Dr. Amit Kohli suggested me to join the Online Therapy
sessions arranged by AquaCentric. It was an amazing experience getting treated by one of the
Doctors(Dr. Firdaus) from AquaCentric, the therapy sessions conducted by Dr. Firdaus were
interesting and she always motivated me. The explanation of exercises was brilliant, also the Tele
Rehab sessions really helped me out. Overall it was a fabulous experience.
