AquaCentric offers a detailed physical evaluation to understand the root cause of the Knee pain. We also use advanced tools of assessment like Digital Gait and Running Analysis to analyze the joint motion in depth.

After the initial assessment, evaluation and relevant goal settings, a treatment plan is tailor made consisting of a combination Aquatic Therapy and Land Therapy

Maintainence Program

Once the goals have been achieved and function is regained, the patient is put on a maintenance program that involves a reduced frequency exercise program consisting of a unique combination of Aqua therapy and Gym based Land therapy with the aim to maintain the strength and function of the knee.

Aquatic Therapy

Rehabilitation exercises are carried out in an indoor temperature controlled pool. This is the safest and fastest form of recovery in physiotherapy. Recovery in aquatic therapy is 1.5x faster than recovery in traditional physiotherapy!

Land Therapy

As pain and function improves, exercises are then transitioned into a land based environment comprising of an advanced medical gymnasium and an outdoor functional training zone for advanced rehab.

Virtual Therapy

We do Live one-on-one goal-oriented sessions with a physiotherapist using home based equipment. Treatment focuses on pain management, increasing range of movement and knee strength. Effective home-based equipment to enhance everyday functional activity will be part of the treatment.

Home Care

Personalized attention and care is delivered by our super-specialized physiotherapists at the comfort of your homes. Can be opted by patients who are unable to travel to the center due to pain or sever disability.
